Therapy for brains that don't run on default settings.
Therapy for people whose brains work differently.
My practice is dedicated to neurodivergent adults — autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and the ones still figuring it out. Everyone is welcome here. You don't need a diagnosis to be in the room.

How I work
Neurodivergent
Your brain isn't broken, and there's nothing wrong with you. There's no such thing as a normal brain. There never was. There's just a world built for a narrow range of them.
If you're autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD (or think you might be), you don't need to translate your experience for me. This practice was built for you, and your ways of thinking, feeling, and processing are welcome here.
We won't waste time trying to force your brain into a neurotypical box; we'll work together to find rhythms and strategies that actually respect your specific operating system.
Your brain is not broken. Nothing is wrong with you. There is no such thing as a "normal" brain. The world is just built for a small number of kinds of brains.
If you are autistic, ADHD, or both (or think you might be), you do not have to explain how your brain works. This practice was made for people like you.
We will not try to make your brain "normal." We will find ways of living that fit how you actually work.
Queer / LGBTQIA2S+
You don't need to justify who you are, or translate yourself to be understood here.
I honour the fluidity and complexity of your identity as a vital, beautiful part of your wholeness.
You do not have to explain who you are to be understood here.
Your identity is part of who you are, not a problem to fix.
Trauma-informed
We go slow. You set the pace, and you decide what we talk about and when. Nothing gets dug up before you're ready, and "I don't want to talk about that today" is always a complete sentence.
The ways you learned to survive, like shutting down, going numb, or feeling "too much", made sense. They got you here. We treat them with respect, not as problems to fix.
We go slow. You choose the pace and what we talk about. We will not dig into anything before you are ready. "I don't want to talk about that today" is always okay.
Shutting down, going numb, feeling "too much": these are ways you learned to survive. They made sense. We treat them with respect.
Disability justice
Your body, mind, and spirit are not broken things that need to be fixed or "cured." The problem isn't you; the problem is a rigid society that refuses to bend.
We focus on navigating a world that wasn't built for you, without you having to shrink or apologize just to exist within it.
You are not broken. The world is often built in a way that does not fit you.
We work on getting through that world without you having to shrink or say sorry for existing.
Relational + human
Healing happens within genuine connection. I bring my real self — my lived experience, humour, and messy humanity — into the room.
I am a witness and a co-weaver, listening deeply to the threads of your story to help you stitch together a path forward that is sturdy enough to hold you.
Healing happens between real people. I bring my real self — my own experience, my humour, my mess — into the room.
I listen closely to your story and help you find a way forward that can hold you.
No rush. The door's open.
